Our home rents for $550 per night/ $3,500 per week.

Our Home

Our estate home is situated on over 20 acres in beautiful Waterbury, Vermont.  It is a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home that comfortably sleeps 12 (with additional sleeper sofas/daybed for 4).  

The first floor includes a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom with King Size Rustic French four poster bed with high-quality linens and down comforter and pillows, large jacuzzi with fiber optic domed ceiling of August constellations, double sinks, large glass shower with bench, bedroom sitting area, and dressing room.  The first floor additionally includes a large cherry kitchen with granite countertops and two leather counter stools, a breakfast nook with small round table and corner sofa bench seating, a dining room that comfortably seats 8 with an additional bench to expand seating, a living room with fireplace, seating area and built-in bookcases and day bed, and a large family room with large TV, cable, and Blu-Ray DVD player.

The second floor includes a kids dorm that sleeps 6 with a TV and Wii, a double bedroom, hall bathroom with shower/tub, another bedroom/ bathroom/office suite with TV and printer, as well as a loft and reading room.

The grounds include many beautiful gardens, a pond with fountain and canoe, a children's cedar swing set/jungle gym, a ravine, a barn, numerous outdoor seating areas and fire pits/chimney, and even a small outbuilding for camping in the woods.
